What to include
For account or billing issues, please email from the address on your Jottii account and include your Dodo Payments order/transaction ID (from the receipt email) where applicable. For bug reports, your browser and OS version plus steps to reproduce help a lot.
Security disclosures
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please email us directly rather than filing a public issue. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days. Please do not perform testing that could affect other users' data.
